In revival, like on the Sabbath (or the Shabbath), we turn from the created world to the Creator of the world.

Verses Referenced and Teaching Notes
Quantum Mechanics
“I think it is safe to say that no one understands quantum mechanics… In fact, it is often stated that of all the series proposed in the century, the silliest is quantum theory. Some say that the only thing the quantum theory has going for it, in fact, is that it is unquestionably correct.” - Richard Feynman, California Institute of Technology (Nobel prize winning physicist)
John 14:1-3 NKJV
1 "Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me.  2 In My Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.  3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.
1 Thess 4:13-15 NKJV
13 But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. 14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus. 15 For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep.
1 Thess 4:16 NKJV
For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.
1 Thess 4:17-18 NKJV
17 Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. 18 Therefore comfort one another with these words.
1 Thess 5:1-9 NKJV
1 But concerning the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I should write to you. 2 For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night. 3 For when they say, "Peace and safety!" then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape. 4 But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief. 5 You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness. 6 Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober. 7 For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk are drunk at night. 8 But let us who are of the day be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet the hope of salvation. 9 For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ,
2 Thess 2:1-2 NKJV
1 Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, we ask you, 2 not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of Christ had come.
Passover
The feast of Passover was originally given to Israel, but so clearly reveals the Messiah’s death on the cross on Calvary for the sins of the world. It’s provision for salvation goes beyond Israel to the whole world.
Unleavened Bread
The feast of unleavened bread was given to Israel but reveals the fact that the Messiah‘s body would not suffer decay in the grave. This provision and picture of the Messiah goes beyond Israel to the Church.
First Fruits
The feast of first fruits was originally given to Israel, it symbolizes and pictures the Lord’s triumphant resurrection. The Scriptures plainly say Christ is the first fruits of the resurrection. It is because the Messiah lives, that believers can also live beyond physical death.
Pentecost
The feast of weeks was originally given to Israel, but it depicts the birth of the church through the new covenant in acts chapter 2. It is the only feast that combines leavened bread as a picture of Gentiles and unleavened bread as a picture of Hebrew believers.
Trumpets
The feast of trumpets was originally given to Israel but obviously ties in to the rapture of the church in the New Testament. Believing Jews and believing Gentiles of the Messiah, will be raptured at the sound of God‘s trumpet.
The Day of Atonement
Yom Kippur or the day of atonement is a picture of a great host of people, believing Jews and Gentiles, who will be saved during the tribulation. It is the only feast that is a fast, not a feast. This is a picture of the wrath of God being poured out on an unbelieving world. When people see the second coming of Jesus and call on Him, and appropriate the benefits of his death, Him whom they pierced, on the Day of Atonement.
Sukkoth
The Feast of Tabernacle speaks of the day when the Messiah will dwell with men, wipe away every tear and bring in the millennial reign, the reign of David, the reign of the Messiah.
Matthew 24:42 NKJV
Watch therefore, you do not know what hour your Lord is come
1 Thess 5:4-6 NKJV
4 But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief. 5 You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness. 6 Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober.
Titus 2:13 NKJV
looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ,
Heb 9:28 NKJV
so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation.
