Worry in Greek: merimnaō - to be anxious
Made up of two Greek words, merizo and nous.
merizō - to divide
nous - mind
So to worry, means anxious, which comes from a divided mind.
When you get anxious or begin to worry, stop and meditate on what's God says is important. Then remove whatever has divided your focus from His primary goals.
Do practical things that reinforce what God says is important in your life. That reality and belief will grow in your heart and mind.
KEEP doing what God has given you to do, both big and seemingly small things. Our reward is quickly approaching.
