Luke 21:1-36 By Your Patience Possess Your SoulBible

The manner in which we choose to give, serves as an indicator as to the value that we place on our relationship with the Lord and His kingdom.
The only misstep that we take in sharing about God… is when we don’t!
When our peace resides in Jesus, His Spirit ministers to us personally and as a witness of Himself to others around us.
As we begin to see these things take shape around us today, we are encouraged and exhorted to look up, because the things of this life are all coming to an end.
There is an assurance that comes from believing in God’s Word and its infallible truths, all else in life stands against its unchanging backdrop.
Those who choose to patiently possess their souls today stand to escape the things which will come to pass.
So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of [f]necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.
8 ‘These people [c]draw near to Me with their mouth,
And honor Me with their lips,
But their heart is far from Me.
9 And in vain they worship Me,
Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’ ”
But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not look at his appearance or at his physical stature, because I have refused him. For the Lord does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.”
This will be a time and an opportunity for you to testify [about Me].
You will keep him in perfect peace,
Whose mind is stayed on You,
Because he trusts in You.
For this reason we also thank God without ceasing, because when you received the word of God which you heard from us, you welcomed it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which also effectively works in you who believe.
The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show His servants—things which must [a]shortly take place.
