How fantastic a time spiritually this age of grace must be if God characterizes it by saying that we have Christ in us, the hope of glory!

Life Lesson (Isaiah 11-12)

We need to have a clear, vibrant idea of Christ’s return in order to:
– sustain ourselves in Christian service under difficult circumstances
– elevate our every day (be “mundane”) activities to eternal importance

Isaiah 10:32-34 NKJV
32 As yet he will remain at Nob that day;
He will shake his fist at the mount of the daughter of Zion,

And the haughty will be humbled.
34 He will cut down the thickets of the forest with iron,
