In the end, God will right all wrongs. The return of Yeshua Jesus will be a judgment on all evil and delivering peace to His people in a war torn world.

Statement (2 Thessalonians 1:)

Key Points in 2 Thessalonians
1. there will be a time of suffering and persecution. (1:5)
2. Some thought the Lords Day had already come and passed them by. (2:2)
3. Some had dumped their responsibilities, their jobs, etc. Paul exhorted them to work. (3:7)
4. The Thessalonians had misinterpreted their sufferings. It did not mean the end of the world was upon them, or that they had messed up, it meant they were following Jesus and suffering for the kingdom.

Life Lesson (2 Thessalonians 1:)

Live like Jesus could come today. Plan and work like it will be a while.

Life Lesson (2 Thessalonians 1:)

Suffering does not mean sin, or that you messed up, though the spiritually ignorant or immature may think so. For many, it means they are following Jesus and suffering for it, just like Jesus said.

Life Lesson (2 Thessalonians 1:)

To have perseverance, to keep going when tired, to keep going when in pain, are all uncomfortable but important godly lessons to learn.

Statement (2 Thessalonians 1:)

Do you believe in heaven?
Do believe you are going there?

Life Lesson (2 Thessalonians 1:)

Those who live only to satisfy their own sinful nature will harvest decay and death from that sinful nature. But those who live to please the Spirit will harvest everlasting life from the Spirit. 9 So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up. 10 Therefore, whenever we have the opportunity, we should do good to everyone--especially to those in the family of faith.
