God wants and will speak directly to us.

We should know what God is currently saying to us.

There is never a reason to disobey God, small or big. The blessing always is in obedience.

Correction is a blessing, not a curse.

God does not have to explain Himself. HE IS GOD, HE KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING.

God wants to commune with you now, and every day. So much so, He gave His Son.

My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.

8 But what does it say? "The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart" (that is, the word of faith which we preach): 9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 

8 In fact, it says, "The message is very close at hand; it is on your lips and in your heart."  And that message is the very message about faith that we preach: 9 If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

“So pursue them with Your tempest, And frighten them with Your storm.”

1 Then the LORD answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said: 2 “Who is this who darkens counsel By words without knowledge? 3 Now prepare yourself like a man; I will question you, and you shall answer Me.”

Whoever loves instruction loves knowledge,
But he who hates correction is stupid.

32 He who disdains instruction despises his own soul, But he who heeds rebuke gets understanding. 33 The fear of the Lord is the instruction of wisdom, And before honor is humility.

1 I charge you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who will judge the living and the dead at His appearing and His kingdom: 2 Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching.

15 "Moreover if your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your brother.  16 But if he will not hear, take with you one or two more, that 'by the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.'

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

He who covers his sins will not prosper,
But whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy.

I acknowledged my sin to You, And my iniquity I have not hidden. I said, "I will confess my transgressions to the Lord," And You forgave the iniquity of my sin.

16 But if he will not hear, take with you one or two more, that 'by the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.'  17 And if he refuses to hear them, tell it to the church. But if he refuses even to hear the church, let him be to you like a heathen and a tax collector.

11 But now I have written to you not to keep company with anyone named a brother, who is sexually immoral, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner — not even to eat with such a person.  12 For what have I to do with judging those also who are outside? Do you not judge those who are inside? 13 But those who are outside God judges. Therefore "put away from yourselves the evil person."
