Don't get sidetracked.

We should challenge ourselves to walk in…
Right conduct,
Right speaking or speech,
Right relationships,
Right use of wealth and finances.

Life Lesson (verse Psalms 15:1)

We could not go to God on His Holy Hill.<br> God came to this earth from His Holy Hill, to die for our sins, so we can be declared righteous and innocent, and then we can go to God's Holy Hill.

Bible Study Tip (verse Psalms 15:1)

Psalms comes from the Latin for songs. The Hebrew name for this book of the Bible, Tefillim, means 'praises'.

We can control what we think.

When we are down, we can:
- give up and walk away
- read comforting scriptures (which lead to comforting thoughts, and to real shalom or peace)

When we are down, we can either rehearse the problem or thank God for the coming solution.

Keep your word and value your word, it is a treasure.

Early Christians were not killed by Rome for believing in God.
They were killed because they believed that God alone, was God.

Life Lesson (verse Psalms 16:4)

When tempted to envy the ungodly for their wealth, power, or fame remember this… This earth is as close to heaven as an unbeliever will ever be. As a born again believer, this is as close to hell as you ever be.

Rev 21:3-4 NKJV

3 And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, "Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. 4 And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away."

Psalm 27:4-6 NKJV

4 One thing I have desired of the Lord,
That will I seek:
That I may dwell in the house of the Lord
