Revival begins in us when we choose to press into the ways of the Lord, and allow Him to lead

18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who [d]suppress the truth in unrighteousness, 19 because what may be known of God is [e]manifest [f]in them, for God has shown it to them. 20 For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and [g]Godhead, so that they are without excuse, 21 because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened. 22 Professing to be wise, they became fools, 23 and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like [h]corruptible man—and birds and four-footed animals and creeping things.
24 Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, 25 who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.

5 Never once did we try to win you with flattery, as you well know. And God is our witness that we were not pretending to be your friends just to get your money! 6 As for human praise, we have never sought it from you or anyone else.

9 Don’t you remember, dear brothers and sisters, how hard we worked among you? Night and day we toiled to earn a living so that we would not be a burden to any of you as we preached God’s Good News to you. 

15 You yourselves also know, Philippians, that at the first preaching of the gospel, after I left Macedonia, no church shared with me in the matter of giving and receiving except you alone; 16 for even in Thessalonica you sent a gift more than once for my needs. 17 Not that I seek the gift itself, but I seek the profit which increases to your account.

For unto us a Child is born,  Unto us a Son is given;  And the government will be upon His shoulder.   And His name will be called  Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,  Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.  
7  Of the increase of His government and peace  There will be no end,  Upon the throne of David and over His kingdom,   To order it and establish it with judgment and justice
From that time forward, even forever.  The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.

In the beginning God …(Elohim)

But as for you, Bethlehem Ephrathah,  Too little to be among the clans of Judah,
From you One will come forth for Me to be ruler in Israel.  His times of coming forth are from long ago,  From the days of eternity.”

15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation: 16 for by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones, or dominions, or rulers, or authorities—all things have been created through Him and for Him. 17 He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.

13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end.”

26 Therefore I testify to you this day that I am innocent of the blood of all men. 27 For I have not shunned to declare to you the whole counsel of God.

Again, when a righteous man turns from his righteousness and commits iniquity, and I lay a stumbling block before him, he shall die; because you did not give him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he has done shall not be remembered; but his blood I will require at your hand

Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it.

For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
