1 Thessalonians - It is time to look up and go all in

Life Lesson (verse 1 Thessalonians :)

The Bible tells us to encourage others. Who have you deliberately encouraged this past week? Who will you deliberately encourage this week?

Life Lesson (verse 1 Thessalonians :)

With what the Bible teaches and the things we see, we should be looking up and going all in.

Life Lesson (verse 1 Thessalonians :)

The Bible is filled with great, practical wisdom and advice.

Life Lesson (verse 1 Thessalonians :)

Read your Bible daily and it will give you daily wisdom and encouragement.

Life Lesson (verse 1 Thessalonians :)

As a believer you’re gifted to see the Christmas Holy Day thru the eyes of faith.

Life Lesson (verse 1 Thessalonians :)

Believers see the anchor and the hope of Christ in the Incarnation, when God became man, to be his Messiah. Those believers who focus on the goodness of God are amazed at Gods love and goodness.

Life Lesson (verse 1 Thessalonians :)

Unbelievers elevate the goodness of man at this season, thinking that mankind can raise himself up to be better than who he is. Those unbelievers who focus on the goodness of man will always be disappointed.

Life Lesson (verse 1 Thessalonians :)

The world says you can be happy by what you get in this world. Jesus says you make a life not by what you get, but by what you give in this world.

Life Lesson (verse 1 Thessalonians :)

Very few people know how accurately the Bible predicts and prophesies the history of the world.

Life Lesson (verse 1 Thessalonians :)

History proves that all these men in Luke 2 ruled at the same time, in the exact same year.

Life Lesson (verse 1 Thessalonians :)

Out of the hundreds of persons, places, kings and kingdoms mentioned in the Bible, every single one of them have proven and validated the Bible to be true and correct. There has not been one single archaeological, geological, or historical discovery that does not verify the Bible. There has not been one discovery that disproves the Bible. Think about it.

Life Lesson (verse 1 Thessalonians :)

Forgiveness for sins is only provided for thru the sacrifice of the death of Jesus on the cross.

Life Lesson (verse 1 Thessalonians :)

When we consider Miriam and Joseph, and the wise men, we should not only consider what they gave the Lord Jesus, but consider they never held anything back from the Lord, not their past, not their families, their futures, their lives or their loved ones.

Life Lesson (verse 1 Thessalonians :)

Prophecies in the Bible have been fulfilled with a pinpoint accuracy. Every prophecy in the Bible has either already come to pass or will come to pass.

Life Lesson (verse 1 Thessalonians :)

The question is not what will you give to the Lord this year but given your fresh slate at the start of the year, will you hold anything back?

Life Lesson (verse 1 Thessalonians :)

Since God has predicted with 100% accuracy in the past, how accurately will God predict the future? How should we respond? How should we then live?

Should you then possess the land?” ’ 27 “Say thus to them, ‘Thus says the Lord GOD: “[As] I live, surely those who [are] in the ruins shall fall by the sword, and the one who [is] in the open field I will give to the beasts to be devoured, and those who [are] in the strongholds and caves shall die of the pestilence. 28 “For I will make the land most desolate, her arrogant strength shall cease, and the mountains of Israel shall be so desolate that no one will pass through. 29 “Then they shall know that I [am] the LORD, when I have made the land most desolate because of all their abominations which they have committed.” ’

Ezekiel 33:30-33 NKJV

30 “As for you, son of man, the children of your people are talking about you beside the walls and in the doors of the houses; and they speak to one another, everyone saying to his brother, ‘Please come and hear what the word is that comes from the LORD.’ 31 “So they come to you as people do, they sit before you [as] My people, and they hear your words, but they do not do them; for with their mouth they show much love, [but] their hearts pursue their [own] gain. 32 “Indeed you [are] to them as a very lovely song of one who has a pleasant voice and can play well on an instrument;
