Any mysticism is an attempt by man to control the supernatural for his benefit.

An idol is anyone or anything that stands before God in our life. We know it's an idol when we love it, worship it and are willing to sacrifice for it above God.

Life Lesson (Jeremiah 10:22)

The pursuit of idols is a worthless venture that only leads to pain. Pursue God alone.

Life Lesson (Jeremiah 10:25)

Godly correction is a critical part of our sanctification because it leads us to repentance which brings us great peace and forgiveness.
