Evangelism Team

A ministry designed to reach out to those in our community who do not have a saving knowledge of Jesus. We offer many special events including the Fourth of July Jubliee, Harvest Party, and Christmas gift wrapping at Wal-Mart. We also go out in the community to introduce people to Jesus and to invite people to church.

The greeters reach out to all individuals, being led by the Holy Spirit to minister and fellowship with one another. What does this look like, sometimes we can sense a problem and will walk up to someone asking if everything is ok, we listen, might give a scripture verse for encouragement, and ask if we can pray with them.

It is wonderful to see how the Holy Spirit moves at The Bridge. I have had people come up to me after service and mention that a word, prayer, or just a smile that I gave really ministered to them.

Prison and Jail Ministry

The Bridge provides opportunities to reach out into the community to those that are in Jail and Prison. By playing a video teaching from Pastor David, leading a Bible study, or through prayer and encouragement to inmates in these different facilities, we are getting the opportunity to help others meet Jesus. In Matthew 25 He says, 'I was in prison and you came to Me', this is also our opportunity to go to Him there.
