The Bible tells us to encourage others. Who have you deliberately encouraged this past week? Who will you deliberately encourage this week?
With what the Bible teaches and the things we see, we should be looking up and going all in.
The Bible is filled with great, practical wisdom and advice.
Read your Bible daily and it will give you daily wisdom and encouragement.
As a believer you’re gifted to see the Christmas Holy Day thru the eyes of faith.
Believers see the anchor and the hope of Christ in the Incarnation, when God became man, to be his Messiah. Those believers who focus on the goodness of God are amazed at Gods love and goodness.
Unbelievers elevate the goodness of man at this season, thinking that mankind can raise himself up to be better than who he is. Those unbelievers who focus on the goodness of man will always be disappointed.
The world says you can be happy by what you get in this world. Jesus says you make a life not by what you get, but by what you give in this world.
Very few people know how accurately the Bible predicts and prophesies the history of the world.
History proves that all these men in Luke 2 ruled at the same time, in the exact same year.
Out of the hundreds of persons, places, kings and kingdoms mentioned in the Bible, every single one of them have proven and validated the Bible to be true and correct. There has not been one single archaeological, geological, or historical discovery that does not verify the Bible. There has not been one discovery that disproves the Bible.
Think about it.
Forgiveness for sins is only provided for thru the sacrifice of the death of Jesus on the cross.
When we consider Miriam and Joseph, and the wise men, we should not only consider what they gave the Lord Jesus, but consider they never held anything back from the Lord, not their past, not their families, their futures, their lives or their loved ones.
Prophecies in the Bible have been fulfilled with a pinpoint accuracy. Every prophecy in the Bible has either already come to pass or will come to pass.
The question is not what will you give to the Lord this year but given your fresh slate at the start of the year, will you hold anything back?
Since God has predicted with 100% accuracy in the past, how accurately will God predict the future?
How should we respond? How should we then live?
